The Organizers can suggest the following Hotels / Residences that are in close proximity to the Conference location. The Conference has not set aside any room blocks - but is providing options other than Bishop's University.

Apartment Style residence - 4 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms
SemiPrivate Style residences - 2 separate bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom.
Selection of rooms and roommates will take place during the registration process.
Registration and reservation of these rooms must take place prior to May 31. Rooms are not guaranteed after that date.
**Please note that shared accommodates is mandatory. Kindly ensure you list the persons you wish to share with during the registration process OR the organizers will assign you a roommate.
