CALL FOR ABSTRACTS


Abstract submissions start: DECEMBER 1, 2017

Abstract submissions end: MARCH 15, 2017

Notification of acceptance sent by: MARCH 31, 2017

Abstracts submissions are completed during the registration process.

All abstracts must be of a scientific nature.

The abstracts will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee and ETP's Scientific Advisory Committee. Notification of accepted abstracts will be sent out by email. There is no abstract submission fee, however all abstract applicants must be registered for the symposium the registration fee paid.

Please note that those abstracts that are not selected for oral presentation, will be automatically offered as a poster presentation.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Abstract information must contain:

- Name of Presenting Author;
- Names of Contributing Authors;
- Title;
- Summary (250 words).

- At least one of the poster authors must be present at the Symposium.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS:
- Size of the poster is restricted to 4' x 4'
- Fasteners will be provided on site.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS:
- Presentations must be in Microsoft PowerPoint format
- Each speaker will have 20 minutes for presentations, including introduction, question & answers.


NOTE: Abstract Submissions (Both Oral and Poster) are open to ALL participants.
